you got consistant 1-2 knocks all from 3k-redline.
you should pull back your timing 2 clicks.
your at 290 load, 4k RPM with only -1 of timing?
decrease that to like -3 -4

Did the op end up finding the problem ?
I seem to be having the exact same issue, any ideas ?

That sucks man, hope the insurance sorted it..

Quick question, Did u ever try swapping the turbo out from a car that was known to spool 100% ?

My best recollection was I found that when I disabled lean spool and then tuned the fuel, spark and Mivec mapping with a 3" turbo back exhaust and 100 cel cat it cleared up all the issues of late spool. Later I also found the fuel injector base seals shrunk and hardened and created a small boost leak. It took lots of logging to get the changes dialed in.
