Wait so let me get this straight. You want to block off the tial flange. For what reason. You either run a wastegate or you dont. To answer your question no they do not sell a block off plate for the 44mm. If you are piecing together a kit you have to run this no matter what.

Why don't you want to run a wastegate?

I don't know anyone who makes a block off for the 44mm v band flange, but I have an idea for you. I have the same manifold with a Tial 40mm 4 bolt flange and I have a block of for it. The manifold is new as well, I could trade you straight across.

i think what he means is hes gonna try to run an internally wastegated turbo on that manifold before switching over to an ewg. not sure just only thing i could think of.

You might need to do a little more research before starting a turbo project. the stock turbo does not mate to this manifold. You would have found that out. Wait until you get everything together then install it.

even if it DID fit the stock turbo, IMO it would still make more sense to just wait until you have the turbo and EWG

Your stock turbo is a twin scroll design. The DNP that you have is for a T3 flange turbo. Now I am gonna sound like a dick right now but I highly suggest you sell that manifold and buy a kit if you have no idea what you are doing.

I don't think you do understand. You are getting into custom fab work with this kit yet you cant tell the difference between flanges. Again not trying to sound like a dick but you obviously have no idea what you are doing.

If you want to take the time to do this, remove your 16G turbo and try to bolt it up to the DNP manifold.

I would probably sell it, save up, and just buy a whole turbo kit so you KNOW you have all the parts you need. It is really difficult building a turbo kit yourself from the ground up.
