Steve had some problems last night so they never got a clean run off. He might of snapped his Throttle body and messed up his transmission but in any event we are working with the guys at ICS to try and get him all back up and running again.

Steve's car was running great when it left here and running great all the way home. It even put down over 700whp on the ICS dyno before the run but a few things went bad on the car before they could get any clean races off.

The car Steve is racing is very light and a very quick car. Although Steve is making more HP at the time of the race the fact that he is very much a full weight car will be a tough hurdle to overcome.

Was the car retuned by al? I saw in the vid of the dyno sheets and on the ams sheet it says 670 whp but when al dynoed it you gained 45whp and ended up with 714?

 

I did not touch the tune on the car

Apparently due to very cold weather the car ran more boost on out dyno - nearkly 43 so apparently it made more power

 

i thought the 714 was uncorrected and SAE was 660whp on the video... AMS gave him a uncorrected dyno sheet??
