Took forever for me to get the time to finish this up. Here it is. I just need to weld on an 02 bung and its ready to go in.

Sorry for the bad pics but my phone is the only camera I have. I think it came out nice. Can't wait to see the results.

This is a machined 10.5 hotside where the flapped area is completely taken out.

This was not cheap. I am the type of guy where I like my car to be a little unique than others so this was worth every penny to me.

It was nice to meet you too. I am sure we will all meet up again before I go back to school.

why didn't you just weld the flapper shut and run a manifold with dual wastegates at the collector? cost prohibitive?

This is the only proper way I see doing it for our cars. I have seen a megan manifold on ebay with two runner routed to a wastegate flange but those manifolds are garbage and unreliable. I have only seen one stock manifold with a tial 44mm welded to a single runner but that isn't the right way to do it. This worked out better and will look a lot nicer installed.

That thing looks badass! Be sure to keep us posted with the results when you install it. Looks like it took a lot of time and effort and I am sure it will pay off when you finally install it. Mad props man for being original and building it yourself!
