I haven't seen this in your posts, but what boost, injectors, AFR's are you running. It sounds as though it could be lean misfire. Based on plug conditions described and wot relationship.

9sec9 has a good point, have someone check or datalog your car to narrow the misfire issue down.

Greddy Profec B set @ 20.5 psi. Stock injectors. Stock tune.

get rid of your profec b. You cant adjust settings without getting a tune. It doesnt' work that way. The car will not run at 100% efficiency. You have to take into account that your dumping more in for a car that is programmed to run on stock settings.

Or you can keep your profec b and just boost with stock settings. Now would be a good time to get your car tuned. It'll give you a heads up with the problem you are having.
