How are you making such good power at low boost? Doesnt seem like the norm with the HTA...

This turbo is supposed to have NO top end gain over the regular 35R according to DB.

Really?
Scorke, you kind of have to take our claimed numbers with a grain of salt up here in Colorado, because the correction factors really throw things off. When I say that, I don't mean that the numbers are ALWAYS high - just that it depends on the dyno (this is a Superflow that reads differently than others), the CF used (some cut it in half on purpose while others just show the full inflated CF), and whether or not the person posting it gives the numbers spit out by the dyno or their own uncorrected numbers. It's all a mess, so don't worry about it too much. However, this is on a very well-built motor with the necessary supporting mods, so keep that in mind, too.

Just as an example, I claim 324whp right now. That's my readout on a DynoDynamics set to half the correction factor calculated by the weather station (1.14 instead of 1.28). On a local Dynojet, I put down ~410 with the full CF of 1.26 at the same power level. I don't ever claim 410, but I do claim the uncorrected 325whp, since it's consistent with the DD and a 1.14CF (about a 15% difference from DD to Dynojet). You never know what to think when people spit out their dyno numbers at this altitude...

Sorry to see that too.

That turbo will not make 505 whp at 21 psi, something is screwed somewhere.

Something else, looking at the turbine wheel, I realize it is damaged from breaking. But it also looks like the tune was either too lean, had too much timing, had detonated or was WAY overspun on shaft speed. The tips of the wheel look like they were at up before it broke. It may have had something go through it in the past. Just my opinion.

The compressor housing a *****, Tial did have some machined wrong. I had heard that there was 3-4, I've seen more than that come apart at this point in time, so obviously it was more. The do stand behind them and replace them though.

Not sure what FP is going to tell you, I am guessing he is going to see the same thing with the turbine wheel that I did.

Why do you think the tune is to lean or has to much timing?

Nothing went through the turbo before, It was put on my car brand new then I put it on a trailor and from the trailor it went on the dyno, I am confused on why this happened but the blades are chewed up from all of the metal pieces (some a inch long) from the cold side shooting through.
