Probably because the wheel looks like beige color! On my turbo, it will look black at all times.

Nothing went through the turbo before, It was put on my car brand new then I put it on a trailor and from the trailor it went on the dyno, I am confused on why this happened but the blades are chewed up from all of the metal pieces (some a inch long) from the cold side shooting through.

The compressor side being chewed up will not effect the turbine wheel, those pieces of the compressor wheel will never come in contact with the turbine side. Think of the intercooler as a large air filter when it comes to that kind of stuff.

The tips of the turbine wheel, to me look like it was damaged before it hit. The pictures aren't super clear but from what I can see it looks like a lot of heat or overspeeding went on.

It's all a mess, so don't worry about it too much. However, this is on a very well-built motor with the necessary supporting mods, so keep that in mind, too.

Just as an example, I claim 324whp right now. That's my readout on a DynoDynamics set to half the correction factor calculated by the weather station (1.14 instead of 1.28). On a local Dynojet, I put down ~410 with the full CF of 1.26 at the same power level. I don't ever claim 410, but I do claim the uncorrected 325whp, since it's consistent with the DD and a 1.14CF (about a 15% difference from DD to Dynojet). You never know what to think when people spit out their dyno numbers at this altitude...

Warrtalon is right on with this. Our numbers up here are way off with correction factors and altitude. I was right around 400 corrected and 320ish uncorrected on a Dynojet. If 505 was with a correction of say 1.26 up here, that should be right around 400 uncorrected.
Again, numbers and different dyno's up here are going to vary. I just go off of uncorrected #'s and see what gains I get.

I was also on C-16 for quite a few pulls so that might explain why it is a tan color.

So we took it out on the highway to see how it felt and I got on it in second gear when she let loose... Results :

At 40 miles on the turbo the compressor wheel hit the inside of the housing shooting a ton of oil/coolant and metal shavings into my intercooler, Luckily so far it looks like nothing made it into the intake stream.

I'll see what FP say's, so far it doesn't sound promising.

Yea John that was some great pulls. I was ther for the c-16 and by the way I love that smell. great power. and the 505 pull was so odd. and the tourqe was even higher. that is what made it weird but it did it. DB there was alot of people there when he was getting it tuned. and yes we are in CO so it can be hard for sea level people to understand some of the things we have to live with up her. Good luck on getting it fixed.

samething happen to me with my old 35r.

Get the FP oil filter to help prevent oil starvation. It also gives a warrenty to the turbo.
