AMS to now offer the FP HTA series Turbos

AMS is pleased to announce the FP HTA Series Turbo chargers into our lineup of Turbo Kits for the EVO.

Now you are able to purchase any AMS GT Series Turbo kit with any of the Available Forced Performance HTA Series Turbo's

Martin has done some independent testing of the Forced Performance HTA35R and was very pleased with the results. Quicker spool and it made a little bit more peak power.

So check out our site over the next few days and for Santiago to do a formal release on EVO M

Here is a link to the kit now available on the site: http://www.amsperformance.com/store/...oducts_id=1893

Eric

Sounds good, I'll be looking into the HTA "37R" once its tested. Looking forward to that turbo making some great numbers, and of course my car to be up and running again.

I'll be in touch Eric, probably mid next week

AMS it would be pretty awesome if you released the test results. In order to give the customers more info on what they are buying?

Weird.. I called about a month ago inquiring about a build and doing an FP "HTA" 35R and the guy at AMS I talked to ... Said, "We have tested the FP HTA 35R against ours and saw NO difference, which is why we do not currently offer it." Hmm.. So now you guys must have seen a difference...

Exactly the same **** I was told when I called AMS simply to ask the type of turbine housing was on my 35R kit and what flange and outlet types it was because I was swapping to HTA 35R. They acted like they couldn't understand why I was doing it. I just said look give me the specs on the turbine housing and I'll do my own thing. Thank you... g'bye.

Then when I asked if I could buy the bolts to the header and o2 because I wanted to have some new fasteners for the swap, that could not be arranged due to them being between shops. So I sourced the new bolts myself.

I don't know who you talked to but that is not the case at all. It was just recently that we have tested it.

Some of our customers have done independent testing and not seen much gain but on our test it spooled a little quicker and made a bit more HP

We will have the dyno test released in the full release of the kits
