i dont think the AMS CB even bolts up to any other form of exhaust except their own test pipe, res test pipe, etc. w/o modifying it

If you want something loud go with Buschur or AMS. They are also proven to have some of the best gains. If you want a JDM type exhaust look at the Blitz, Fujitsubo, etc. Just stay away from the HKS. Good exhaust, but like you said it tapers down to 2.5 or 2.75 (cant remember) at the cat.

chaotichoax, looks like you need to make an exhaust sticky too.

Greddy sounds really good but it's the more expensive. If I were you, I'd go with a BR TBE. AMS is really good too. But sense you already have Megan TP and o2 housing, it only makes sense to go with a FULL Megan and just get the Megan exhaust. My vote is for BR or AMS though.

I loved my MR exhaust it was cheap, and it was a 3" pipe that made great power on the dyno... Here are a couple videos.

PS. I have about 30 local evo buddies, and my personal opinion was that it sounded nothing like the others. That is a good thing.

As previously stated, the AMS catback won't bolt up to your TP w/ out an adapter or cutting off the flange and welding a new one on. I know some (maybe all) vendors carrying the AMS catback include an adapter to bolt it up to the stock cat, so you don't necessarily have to rule it out. Personally, I'm not wild about any of the ones you narrowed it down to, but if those were my only options AMS or Greddy Ti get my vote. Greddy if price is a factor, as I believe it's a lil' cheaper.
