Max safe power stock internals

Hi, I know it depends on the use and abuse, but please...
What is the max horse power that stock internals (pistons, rods, bolts) can safe handle?
My projet include FP green, and cosworth 272 cams + turbo xs FMIC + full blitz exhaust, bigger injectors, and BOOST !!!

Thanks a lot for all the imputs.

I think you'll get a lot of different answers here ,but I read 500 whp is the most you want to push out of your stock block.

I remember reading a thread somebody posted that HKS did some testing on the stock bottom end and found that around 400 HP is about the most you can make to be on the safe side. I believe after 400 HP they started seeing connecting rod failure...? There is quite a few ppl out there running around 500 HP on stock bottom end with no problems. With the mods you have in mind, you should be fine on stock internals.

you'll be fine with an FP green and the supporting mods, im pushing 550+ through the stock block/head without any issues

Rod bolts are questionable on the stock block.

The weakest point as I understand is the stock rods.

Other weak points are the ringlands and the rodbolts.

I think 500 is about the limit. Can you go higher? Sure but for how long. At the very least, I would do rod bolts over 450.

550 is about right, your green maxed out shouldn't be above what you motor can handle

500awhp is the max on the stock internals... You won't personally need to worry about that with the green and mods you plan on doing . Good luck.

keep in mind, making 500+whp on stock internals on a dyno and opening it up once in awhile like just weekend fun without blowing up, vs. 500 whp daily driven hard on the street, vs. 500whp raced hard regularly are not the same.

I know 550whp is doingable on ths stock bottom end, but 400whp seems much safer.
