Fuel Injectors

Hi, I am about to go for a tune at Buschur! My question is, do I need bigger injectors? Right now I am at 23.5 PSI, but on Meth, I will probably be around 29 PSI. I do have methanol injection. My mods are listed below! If I do need new injectors, what size? I am thinking like 680s or 780s? I need to know because I would rather get them now and install them, rather than have to pay Buschur to install them and also use the extra time up there! My car is being trailored there because it dont even idle with my new cams! Thanks For your help!

I would get them just to be safe, you are flowing a lot more air. I have a used set of 880cc's if you need them. they only have about 2000 miles on em seal's are great.. Pm me if you want.

Only way to know is to log the car.

Kind of off topic- I've heard that race gas actually lowers the IDC. Any truth to this?

I may be interested in your 880s! My question is though, would they work? I have seen a few people throw lean codes due to their injectors being too big and the ECU reads it as below it efficiency and that the car is running lean. PM me with how much you are looking to get for them. And also, these will still work with the stock fuel rail correct?

Its really going to depend on how much meth you plan on spraying. The meth will act like part of your fuel. I was running an Aquamist HSF-5 kit on stock injectors on an FP Green at 30psi. My IDCs were in the upper 80s on 91 octane and meth. I personnally don't think you are going to need injectors to max out a IX turbo.

I doubt it as well with an IX turbo, running 100% meth that is. Have been told no by multiple people as I have asked the same question. With a Green yes for sure.

EDIT: Although if you have any boost creep you may. My creep (without meth) was putting me over 100% duty cycle on stock injectors. Resolving this now, and will have my meth kit soon. I strongly suggest having the 10.5 and 02 ported.
