What are you looking for in an exhaust? Something stealth? Something that will make the most power? Do you care about the look? You can't go wrong with any of your choices, but they each have different qualities.
-Megan Black: Great price, black color keeps it relatively stealth, JDM slant (good or bad)
-Buscher Bullet: Top notch quality, unique look, loud (again, good or bad)
-Greddy Ti: Probably the lightest of the bunch, JDM bling, super duper loud!

Then the Ti-c is the best thing for you. Find somebody local who has it. Really deep.

I'm 95% sure I'm ordering a Megan black catback in a couple of weeks. I don't want my Evo to stand out anymore than it already does.

I hear you...it is a pretty tough choice! If you want something that's unique, maybe go with a Blitz Nür-Spec or something along those lines. I first had the Megan cat-back on my car, with a Perrin DP and HFC. The exhaust sounded amazing, but it attracted the wrong kind of attention, the bright can didn't help things either. Still wanting to make power I swapped it out for a Fujitsubo RM01-A and hit it with some hi-temp flat black. Couldn't be happier. Again, you can't go wrong with any of the exhausts that you mentioned.

Just to let you know the BR SCCA cat back has a 2.5 inch flange adaptor to mate with the stock cat. I you want a full 3 inch system you would need to order a test pipe from BR as well, to replace the slip fit adaptor. This is assuming that you already have a 3 inch dp.
