I was thinking the same thing until I realized that that Evo is an older one and they came with the engine flip the other way. He just installed a Evo 8/9 engine in an older car. Very sick and he gets mad props for it!

 

Damn, thats pretty sick. Don't really like the body of the car that much, but what a clean install.

Umm, how could they run it into the cabin without flipping the engine around? Can't move the motor back. My question is, why do they need to remote mount the turbo? Are there two of them?

 

I think it's an Evo 3 block with a later Evo cylinder head.

oops i didn't see the last picture of the whole car. Thought it was a 8/9. Makes sense if it was an older evo.

It is an Evo VIII Block and head. In the older evos 1-3 the engine is turned backwards, so to get the tranny lined up you have to put the exhaust side of the engine facing the firewall.


Zoheb car is an freakin innoative build, best ET so far is 8.66s and that was with only apx 850 engine hp so the guys know what the are doing!
