Is it ok to run 25 lbs of boost falling off to 20lbs near redline on a stock turbo pump gas with full bolt ons if the A/F is proper? My A/F reads 11.4-11.6 and at higher RPM about 5800-7000 it goes to 12.2-12.4 is that bad or?? Would i need race gas to run that type of boost?

 

WOT at high rpm you want the afr to taper not increase

12 and above is knock territory

you need to run a high octane to do that safely if those are accurate afr readings

 

So I pretty much need a retune and if i get tuned for 11.w/e A/F that will be safe and should make more power?
