Do I need a new wastegate actuator?

I am in the process of building my Evo while it is down for clutch replacement & was wondering if I should replace the wastegate actuator or is it a waste of money. Iwas thinking about the FP version or the Forge if it is recomended over the FP. I'm not sure if Ineed one since I'm running an EBC. It's an Evo IX & these are the mods it will have when finished. I'd rather do it now while the car is under construction & before it gets tuned if I'm going to do it. thanks for the help

AEM tru-boost boost controller
BC 272 cams
Mynes exhaust manifold
SS o2 housing
ported/coated hotside
AMS TBE (test pipe)
65mm throttle body & ported intake manifold inlet
Injen intake & UICP
ETS 3" intercooler & LICP
walbro 255 fuel pump
Dyno tune

No need. A good EBC will do you just fine and give you better spool-up with a lighter sprung wastegate actuator.

That's what I was thinking, but I didn't want to find out later that I should have installed one.

A wastegate is an easy install. Plus they haven't really been helpful for the price. I would look into the wastegate spring mod. Ask around.

It would be really easy right now since there is no hotside, manifold, exhaust, or intake on the car right now, but if it isn't going to make a diffrence with the EBC then there's no point. If it will help i want to do it now.
