Both same spring and both same boost correct. Would upgrading or downgrading the spring make a difference and should i even worry about the flutter?

I wouldn't see why they would sound different then... If yours is fluttering, then it is the one that is actually correct.

As per what you say i am 100% sure you have to get 8psi or 6 psi spring and it will fix it. Also you might want to check vacuum line that goes on bov if it is not pinched or anything (there is very small chances but could be it).

It wouldn't be a pinched bov line.. and the only springs that Tial makes that are softer are -9psi and -7psi. The flutter is normal..

The box the tial came in says it has an 11lb spring if the flutter is normal then I shouldnt worry about it correct? I did put a zip tie on the vaccum hose that goes on the bov.

could be small leak in bov line or just bad t fitting or something with boost controller.
But most likely it is a spring as i experienced this problem with multiple bov's. And until you install lighter spring there is no way to fix it.

Well.. I am just saying that in this circumstance the flutter is what the Tial is supposed to do.. Anything other than flutter would be wrong... unless for some reason.. that your friend was pulling more vacuum then you.. which would mean he has a leak.

Ultimately, to fix your problem (I had the same fluttering issue as you).. Order a softer spring.. Do you have a boost gauge that reads vacuum in in/hg?
