Losing boost...and didnt do it before..
When you "threw together" the hotside and O2 hsg. you had to have disasembled the actuator rod from the turbine housing and then later reassembled the thing. In the process you may have altered the amount of preload.
Also, most of the changes that you made, including the O2 housing swap, the turbine housing port work, the intercooler piping as well as the removal and reinstallation of the actuator rod, all individually tend to impact the old boost duty cycle. All of these changes when taken together make your old flash with its previous level of boost control obsolete.
Someone else pointed this out. You need a reflash! Drive over to Sean Iveyīs shop ASAP. At least thatīs my advice, which I realize isnīt worth a bunch, but hey, itīs the weeekend

Ok thats the advice i was looking for and i appreciate it....i know the end of the actuator can be adjusted and maybe youre right, maybe it got screwed up. I was going for a custom tune anyways just need the time to get it done. In the meantime im gona do a boost leak test anyways. Thanks
