Dipstick....
Is there a freaking trick or do you literally have to beat the **** out of the dipstick to get it to go in the block? Ive tried for 1 hour before installing my motor and couldnt get it all the way in, it goes in to a point then stops like something is in its way but nothing is blocking it.
Its leaking a little from the dipstick where it goes in cause its only half way in.
Thanks

Actually how far in is it? If it only has an inch or so left, the screw part of the dipstick might be bent or messed up. Normally when I put mine all the way in, it turns a little bit when it has about an inch left to go.

its barely in, it has a good ways to go, its like it hits something but nothing is hitting it in the hole. I bent it trying to put it in but I straightened it back out again. Ive heard they can be a pain.
I guess your best bet is to experiment bending it at different angles and see how far one method gets you in. I wouldn't have thought something so small would be so much trouble.

Yeah no joke, esp. when installing a freaking engine, the engine went in smooth and we were trying to put this thing in for over a hour OUTSIDE of the car lol.
I dont see how its going to go in personally, it just like it hits something but nothing is there lol, didnt know if anyone else has went through this trouble.
Thanks for the help so far
