Timing belt jumped - PLEASE HELP!

You won't just need new valves, you will need new pistons as well, and potentially entirely new valve train assembly and maybe even a new head (they sometimes crack when there is piston to valve contact). There is no "phase" relationship between the crankshaft and cams. TDC is simply TDC. Think about it. When the arrow for the exhaust cam is lined up at it's tick mark, it will be the same if you rotate it another 360 degrees, or 720 degrees, etc. The same goes for the intake cam. The same goes for the crankshaft. Either you didn't tighten down one of the pulleys correctly, or you didn't set the tensioner gap correctly. This is why the belt slipped. My guess is the latter, since this is usually what happens when newbies try to do a timing belt job.
