Noise while turning

While i turn it seems like my car makes a stretching noise and kinda sounds like pressure is being put on the body and the body cant handle it. I think it might be normal but i havent ever heard it till yesturday. i tried to see if it was normal on both sides but it is noticably louder while turning right, granted weighing 230 lbs is putting a little more weight on that side. is this normal?

My car makes a noise as well when turning. Sounds aas if the strut on the drivers side isn't tight or something. It only seems to happen when I have more than myself in the car though. I've made a call to take it in to be looked at.

I hate to think it's chasis flex with all the reinforcements on this thing. Could it be squeeky bushings? Just needs a little more lubrication to fix that.
