Max power with evo 9 with stock turbo with mods on pump gas only?

I am just talking ****. You already have the power. I am definitely a solid 380 car right now. That's without the external wastegate sitting in my garage. Waiting on the wideband.
Yea that doesn't go for what the OP is asking. Straight pump. Right now Rico owns the show. I am in third by 1 hp from last dyno but I just gained 10 and about to gain another witth my external wastegate. I am also on stock cams with JUNS on the way. I am pretty sure that will put me second on the list. A lot of people have made more but the dyno sheets can't be taken seriously.
I don't want to get into a pissing match or anything like that, but I have looked at a lot of dyno charts and something isn't "normal" for some saying they have made over 400. If there's a 400+ HP EVO on pump gas, then that's great, more power to them, but looking at the dyno's and more importantly looking at the 5252 mark, something seems "OFF". I have tried my hardest researching and trying different combinations of parts and I am using what on my car works best... Having just a TBE, Intake and a few mods will not yield over 400 AWHP, your car has to be set-up right. I am currently running my car on stock cams... Though my car is a beast as it sits, it's not as powerful as it was with Cossi cams.. You need a great tuner to have your car running perfect, but safe.. My car has not seen AFR's in the 12's, that's not something I do at all, but target more of a 11.5 AFR.

I've been PM'ed and asked a million of times how to get "close" to 400 AWHP and it's really easy:
*TBE
*a good set of 272 cams (to help with low down torque and high end HP)
*LICP
*Fuel pump (The IX stocker allowed me to make 37x so take that with a grain of salt)
*UICP (I didn't find any difference with it. but the straighter flow I'm sure by common sense adds maybe 1 or 2 HP... Nothing big though)
*O-2 housing... (This is where I'm thinking of changing.. I want to test my ported vs a O-2 dump tube.. Should be very interesting to see)

With that alone you should be very close to 370-380 mark depending on how well your car takes mods...
