cams installed!
i just finish installing my cams. hks 264/272

i have a question is it safe to drive it for a few days without a tune? or do i have to get a tune first before i drive it.

Take it easy, and get it tuned ASAP. Stay away from boost IMO.

Thumbs up you will be fine
I drove my VIII around on 272 HKS without a tune for about a month, but you will like it more when it is tuned. Dont forget to break them in.

just turn ur boost down a few pounds... you can drive it anyway you want....


You just may have a crappy idle and won't get the full feel of the power until its tuned....

ya i've seen ppl dyno right after cam installs then again , the cams tuned.
so+1 on the turn boost down a bit and ream it.

I drove for 4 months with 272's untuned and everything is still fine. However, I didn't go WOT either.
