help needed car issue

For the past month or so the car has just been struggling i have checked and rechecked hoses, clamps, the bov, intake, mbc etc for ne possible leaks or issues. The car just has no power really, boost builds very very slowly and the car feels extremely sluggish. I just recently installed a new clutch and flywheel. the car also dies fairly often when coming to a stop or downshifting sometimes. The walbro which I have had for almost 2 years maybe needs to be replaced, it whines daily be it on a low tank of gas or a full tank i thought that was normal tho. The car just struggles and I cant seem to figure out what the problem is. Does ne one have maybe an idea on the possibilities.

Do a boost leak check, is the first thing that came to mind.
