35hta vs 35r vs Evo green vs 37hta

On stock block and 93 octane no meth, which turbo would be the most effective down the quarter mile. If you own any of these turbos and run it on pump please share your opinion. If the evo god(Db) could share his input as well that would be great

35R HTA or Green. 37R with no meth or race would be laggy as hell!! Even the 35R would be laggy, but bearable. You still need race gas and/or meth for both the 35 and the 37 to really shine.

I'm having a hard time as well. I don't know much about meth and I've heard both good and bad stories about it. I guess if I got the right failsafes and knew where I could get a steady supply of meth locally then I'd do it. As for the turbo, my guess would be the FP Green if it's supported correctly.

Most are waiting for the results of the FP HTA Evo Green turbo , I've a feeling that with all the other things done it will turn many heads .

Yeah I'm just wondering since it's not going to flow any more air then it's only advantage would be spooling earlier. It sounds cool but my stock spool gets annoying sometimes since it's a daily driver and traffic blows. I wouldn't mind some lag

This seems to be the predicament of many evo owners who havent gone with a built block yet. Im leaning toward the gt35 hta as I havent seen much from the green on pump gas . Tough choices its a good time to own an evo.

same boat here, but im kinda thinking of a turbo that u didnt list (hta gt30r). i think the hta green would be hard to beat though. i want a "400whp on pump" turbo and i dont think the green can do that. well i havent seen it done yet...

yeah that's on another thread here called (gt30r or gt35r) something like that. HTA3076 is starting to look really good for me.

Definitely better than the choices listed by the OP for pump. Maybe I'll have the money for one in a couple months unless FP decides to release that RED.

Search around and you will find it makes similar power to the 35r on pump, with much better spool.

Here you go, the thread where DB tested the HTA3076, and did a minor comparison with the 35r. Thank me later .

Pump only with the stock block, i wouldnt even consider anything bigger then a green or maybe a 30r. The 35r will make more power.... but its hella laggy compaired to the green.
The cost to get a good 35r turbo kit, 3 grand+ (buschur, ams, full race, ets) and have the right supporting mods, isnt worth it IMO if you are only going to use 93 octane... under 2 grand you have a green with a fuel system that can handle it.
