You can try to bring it back to the Mitsu dealer but the car might already be flagged as being modded. Like everyone stated above it's probably a boost leak or lack of for that matter.

See what the dealer can do but more than likely you'll be searching for answers here because dealers suck.

If you have a catback exhaust ONLY, you shouldn't have to worry too much since a catback does not affect emissions. To make this short, don't let the dealer hassle you around; although some dealers will find the lamest excuses to void your warranty.

I guarantee you're just running on wastegate boost of 12lbs or so. Double check that the lines are on correctly to the boost celenoid with the pills in the boost lines facing the same way.

Had the same issue when I bought my car, I knew something was up when i almost lost to my buddy's Spec-V

The easiest way to check it would be to compare it to your buddy's. The celenoid is underneath the air box. Pull that our and you will see the small celenoid with two vacum lines coming off it -- usually has a stripe or two or a color to distinguish which goes where.

cool i wil try that how will i know where the boost is suppose to be
