Blitz SBC ID question

well i have the blitz sbc id and since every paper that came with it was in japanese i had to try to figure it out myself... its set on psi
and i have the boost set to 20psi but when i drive the car it reads 12psi and notice that my car seems a lot slower... so after playing with it for a bit i have it set at 62psi with a gain of 100.. i now hit 19.5psi... and i get full boost at like 5k rpm...
anyone else here having problems with their blitz sbc id or has english instructions?...

Don't use the automatic feature. Use the manual feature and set the gain around 10 to 40 and the the ratio to about 45 to 65. The manual says that high boost cars should not use the automatic feature.

Hope this helps.
