EVO 8 Oil pump Gear Play, need a confirmation.
Everyone,
I wanted to confirm that the EVO 8 oil pump gears should not have any play, as in free turning between the drive and driven gear. If they did have play this would confirm a worn pump and could cause abnormal noise. Any for sure input would be appreciated, I have done several searches and none really talked about this issue.
