Is that shockproof light Aaron?

I use straight shockproof heavy in mine, seems to work great. However I don't do car bowling very often.

The car had redline in the trans and LSD DiaQueen in the case. The way it broke it really does not matter what fluid the car has. It broke the shaft between the Case and trans.

For Drag racing the non ACD Viscous style would be the best. Puts a good amount of locking power from the start and is a nice fluid cupping motion if the front or rear does start spinning faster. The ACD at a stop is open just like a non lsd front diff. It will let which ever end has less traction to take off real fast and once the ACD computer sinces it and goes to lock the diff it makes for a very violent deal. So in Aarons case the front was at 20mph and the rear at 10mph and the ACD locked it up like a rock.

If we deactivated the ACD by the Ebrak it might not be the best for the 60ft but would let the car smoothly catch up or the next thing would be to wire the pump and just set it to lock for the launch, but that can also cause things to break.

So what should ACD owners do? any solution here? I sometimes get some vibration if I launch hard...I tend to slip the clutch kinda slow...so I dont break ****...I would rather put a clutch in than and TC or Tranny

Well Aaron was being very aggressive on the launch. I am sure if he was on a normal 5.5k launch with more clutch slip it would have been fine.

Wrong!! The cheapest and safest solution is to buy some JB Weld and go to work on it...

Sucks it had to be you JB. If there's anything I can do for you just let me know. I have a vendor on my forum that does Tranny work specifically for Evos. I can see if he would be willing to help you out with locating what you need and maybe even build it up for you. Let me know if you're interested...

Thanks everyone.

Sky, I am not sure what your malfunction is but take it elsewhere please.

Right now I need a T-case E. I have the best Mitsu tranny guys in the NW right where I work. Finding the case is proving to be the hard part, that or I am a cheap SOB and didnt realise it.
