Eliminating the emissons/charcoal canister..

To those that have eliminated all that emissions bs under the left rear of the car(the charcoal canister and its related pieces), what have you done with the two hoses?

If you cap them both off would the vent not work as well and you have problems at the pump with the handle kicking off due to backup in the fill pipe?

leave the bigger hose off the neck vented. if you have the evap hose hooked to the manifold, your gonna have plug it or a vac/boost leak will occur.

I still have my canister hooked up but I get a BAD gas smell sometimes while driving the car. Could I just reroute that hose that is supposed to go to the intake manifold to somewhere underneath the car and still be fine. the charcoal canister doesnt NEED vacuum to function does it???
