Pricing for this turbo Im sure will follow. Will current Green owners be able to upgrade to the HTA? Reason Im asking is I have a BR 20G9-LT waiting for me at Buschur's. Results look promising and upgrading could be well worth it.

Dave, my car is heading up to you for my build. You can do any additional testing on my car

Hey Guys,

I noticed there are lots of questions about changing from the old green to the new greenHTA. I don't think that there is really a great reason to take a good running green and change it to the HTA green. They are both 47lb/min compressors. You get a little better spool up, little better compressor outlet temps, and better compressor stability at low flow rate and high boost.

Guys with existing Greens craving more power would be better served by holding out for a larger variant

BOOST ON!

320 whp on pump on a Mustang Dyno is really good for a stock Evo8 turbo!

Thanks for the test results.

The results would be more interesting if the pricing were released already. Well that and a solution to the 3-4 week turn around time. Speed of service is just to important.

My thoughts exactly. I think I'll be extremely happy with my build as it is

Awesome! This turbo still sounds freaking awesome!

David, is it a bad assumption that the car was running a 10.5 hotside to begin with?

Just for clarification, this was a bone stock EVO 8 turbo...? No 10.5 hotside upgrade?

I would love to see an EVO 8 turbo with the ported 10.5 hotside upgrade vs the new green...

Looks like I'll keep my current green. Thanks for taking the time to test this new turbo David! Was this on Trents car?

PLEASE STOP SAYING +1, +2, etc.... its NOT needed.

All its doing is cluttering up the thread already with WORTHLESS / USELESS posts for people to sort through when they come in looking for info.

The question will be answered soon when David gets off the dyno im sure.
Sorry about that Jrod I've been kinda goofy today. On a side note I'm about to upgrade my 8 turbo soon and this is looking like a good option and I'm sure everyones curious to see what this HTA Green will do with meth injection Maybe one of these days someone can sponser me lol because playing with evo's isnt cheap

any pricing range available yet on this turbo?
