LTFT isn't going to make a difference in power... either your rich or lean in a WOT run, thats all it takes. to get the car to idle properly and to cruise right, then the LTFT will make a difference.

About the LTFT I think I accidentally responded to the wrong post. Really weird. I totally understand that about the fuel trims, I don't want you to think I am an idiot.

I was reading a post about a guy that couldn't see his fuel trims and I was responding to that.......

You've got the meth kit, push it out to 30+ and see what it does.

theres no shaft play in the turbo at all. turbine wheels and compressor wheels are fine also. we tuned for 23psi and we made 375 so then we turn up the boost and still made 375. we ended up making 394.6 at 30 psi

Yeah probably man. You'd probably just take the snap ring off the backside and hit it with a dead blow hammer. Then buy like a .82 A/R hotside for it...

Does it have a standard E or S cover like a true 35r does?

Well depending on weather you have a T3.63 or T3.82 exhaust housing you have a few options:

Some guys on this forum have had success with extrude honing the ATP exhaust housing and the stock manifold as one piece... (this might be a cost efective solution for you... or get a ATP Gt30R if you want a smaller Turbo. 2.3L can also help it spool faster.

or

You can get a T3 .63 Turbine housing for the GT35R and a new Manifold...
Get a Turbo shop to do some custom fab to your Downpipe and it won't be an ATP kit anymore...

Otherwise

Just bite the bullit and buy a new kit from a reputable vendor if your not keen to try and make it work...

but you have options bosco.

Missed one option - you can get a Twin Scroll manifold and a Twin Scroll Housing and try and convert your set-up to a TS 35R setup...

Definitely don't hone it out. The kit is not worth the hassle. I know a guy right now is selling an RNR manifold that will bolt up. Or to keep it simple get a t3 backhousing and go with the hafe manifold and 02 housing. Don't forget the tial 44mm. Then you will be extremely happy with the kit after.
