I think your absolute best bet is to get rid of the ATP kit altogether and purchase a BR HTA35R kit or an ETS kit.

Something's missing in the math. You went from 23psi to 30psi and only made 19.6hp more?

Even atp can't be blamed for that!! There's a 'bug' in your set-up somehow. A few logs and more details might help us to help you solve the mystery?

I'm sorry If I missed it in a previous post-- What software/program/piggyback/ecu are you tuning this car with?

No you just don't know about this kit. Some have made power with it but you have to port the **** out of the hotside to get it to flow properly. So much turbulence in this setup going from a twin scroll manifold to a single scroll in one hotside. Personally I would get a better manifold compared to a stock one to run a larger turbo. A guys is selling an agency power manifold, 02, and dump for $400 shipped. You can sell your hotside to someone for 200. Sell your stock manifold to me for $60 since I post and buy the hotside and enjoy your new power. Also much better spool.

Do a search, there are guys on this forumn that have made 480 and 500awhp with the atp3076r @ 28-30psi-- I can't see why a 35r would be maxed out at 375hp no matter how bad the reviews are on the atp products.

I know that there are better products out there, but the fact is you now own this one. Try to work out the bugs before you toss it.

Just a thought.

i thinking about keeping if i can figure out what is wrong with the kit. or i might convert it to t3 and pick up a used manifold and make a custom downpipe, i dont know yet. all i know is theres something deffinitly wrong with the setup for the power that it makes.

im tuning the car with ecu flash. thats what i dont understand the car makes no power at all. i had a stock turbo with a ported mani and the same mods i have now making 406whp at 27 psi now i put the boost to 28-29 psi and i cant even hit 400. i didnt change anything else besides the turbo. the turbo doesnt see 28 psi till about 6000rpm, thats garbage. the only thing i can think of that could be wrong with the car is the mivec gear, because when you set the mivec map to 0 all across the board it makes 50whp more than factory mivec map. but it makes the power change before the turbo even starts to spool. no matter what we changed on the dyno the car would make 378.6whp at 25psi. we took 10 degrees of timing out of the motor up top and it made 378.6 we put the timing back it made 378

So your Mivec map is all 0's?

Second you can compare the stock turbo to a 35r at the same PSI. They flow different in respect to eachother.

that ATP kit must have a small *** housing or theres something really wrong in the setup.

i know you cant compare a stock turbo to a 35r boost wise because a 35r flow more cfm than a stock turbo and thats how you make your power. the mivec map isnt at 0 anymore we were just tryen to see if the mivec was working. we thought if we turned it to 0 my numbers would drop and they didnt they went higher. and the hotside is .63
