I am looking to buy shifter bushings but I don't know which one is good.
Can you guys tell me which is the most recommended and where can I buy it?

It might not be the most recommended, but I ran these in my old eclipse gsx, and now in the evo - http://www.extremepsi.com/store/cust...cat=571&page=1

Can't beat that price!

Buschur FTW!

I did have to drill out the smaller one's ID a bit more to prevent seizing and the big one needed a couple more washers, but I love the way the shifter feels now. Everyone says this is how the car should have come stock...well, they're right. You'll really be glad you did it.

So wait a part that didnt fit right thats SUPPOSED to drop right in.. your recommending...

that ussually means its not being constructed properly... just dont understand how your recomeneding something that u had to mod in order for it to work on your car... most people as myself dont want a headache of modding something they just paid for thats supposed to drop in...

I'm recommending the RESULTS from the mod. I mean yeah I was a little frustrated it didn't drop right in the first time, but I'm not going to send it back and hope the next one works. It was pretty cold when/where I was installing them too. I like to take things into my own hands when there's a minor issue.

I've also installed my MBC from underneath the car removing nothing more than the undertray which is something not suggested by others, as well as an LICP install without touching the front bumper. My car is my hobby. I don't mind putting a little more time in it to learn something.

I guess I am just very patient.

Well it was rewarding after all the sweat and aluminium shavings.

I suppose I'm recommending any solid bushings for the shifter cable linkage. Buschur has a good reputation and I'm not going to spoil it from something little like this. I'll just call it "optimizing" the mod I ordered. But yeah... solid bushings are worth it.

I was just unlucky.

If yours do not fit...we might be onto something.
