Question about Greddy EVO2, Tanabe Touring Medallion exhausts

I have a question for whoever owns these catback exhausts, is the inner piping of these exhausts a true 3" in diameter, especially through the muffler section????

I'm currently running a 3" AMS TBE with resonated TP and have gotten pulled over again a second time for loud exhaust... (this time I didnt have my silencer in so I dont know if having it in would have helped?)

But anyway, I dont want to run a silencer and lose flow capabilities, what do you guys suggest for a clean true 3" catback that'll work with my 3" AMS DP with some minor modification???

I'm running the EVO2 greddy unit with no issues. it seems as quiet as stock, but when you get on it sounds good. The cat connection is necked down to accept stock cat, but I don't see any loss.

Yeah, I'm not worried about the neck down at the cat....I'll cut it off and put on a 3 bolt flange to mate with my 3" AMS DP anyway...
