Apache: When you say that your turbo is stock, do you mean that it is still configured with the 9.8 housing as well? At any rate, regardless of whether it is configured with a 10.5, or the original 9.8 housing, how can you live with 24# at 3800 RPM from a stocker?

You lost a little spool compared to what? Even my EvoGreen 10.5 with HKS 280/272 cams and a rich tune, spooled to 24# by 3400 RPM, and it seemed way slow spooling to me compared to my previous TME 9.8 turbo with the same cams which could hit 24# by 2800 RPM.

 

so if u have the fp green on an evo 8 what hotside is better to use on the 280hks cams and why???
