Not concerned for the numbers entirely, more just to get an idea of what it is possibly around. Car sounds great on pump gas and tach is movin up to 9k. congrats

Yeah at times I wish we had a AWD dyno local to us, but I really don't care about dyno numbers just as you aren't either. Car should do pretty well on the track the way it is feeling right now. I know he is going to have major traction problems on the launch as he is just on all season radials and stock suspension I guess we will just MPH the turd down the track and see what she can do MPH wise. It might hook decently, only time will tell.

Well we went out to play around tonight for a bit. Couldn't find anything worth a damn to race so we hunted down for bikes We ended up running into a buddy of mine with a 2007 Yamaha R1. So we headed out to do a few pulls so we can semi gauge how the car is doing. My buddy's R1 is bone stock and he has ran a best of 10.69 @137mph with it.
We were having problems with this trans shifting for us. It would lock us out of 3rd gear if we tried to even remotely shift it fast. So it forced us to shift the damn thing slow. 2nd gear roll to top of 4th gear we would get the jump on the bike, every time we shifted the bike would nudge forward. Once in 4th gear the bike was a half bike length ahead of us and was not pulling away. I think if we could have shifted this thing like we should be able to we could have stayed out ahead of the bike or dead even with the bike.

I'm going to put the solid shifter bushings in it next week and see if that cures the problem. The stock 70+k mile shifter bushings can't be helping at all. Hopefully that is the problem since the trans is brand new and only has 600 miles on it.

I would post the video up but it's a "street racing" video and per rules to this site I believe I can't.

If your smart you can find the video, it is uploaded
