HTA sytle inlet came OFF. wow
I didn't buy it from FP, but from a garrett dealer... I can pin it no problem if i have too. Do they pin it on all 4 sides or is one enough. I already fixed it anyways. I drilled a hole and welded one of the slots, so it shouldn't go anywhere.. Maybe later i will upgrade to a HTA turbo and they can redo it...

I dont think the guy is saying that he got the turbo from Forced Performance, and that is not an HTA turbo. TiAl has regular 35R turbos with the same style inlet as the HTA turbos, check out their site.
Ivan: We are not fixing any ole' turbos with messed up inlets for free. Just HTA turbos that we sold that had this problem (very small group of turbos actually). This guy needs to call whomever he purchased the turbo from so they can handle it.
You are correct about there being pins now to eliminate this problem.
