What sort of HP gains can I expect from this?

I'm to the point now I want to start adding a few mods, but mostly air mods... no turbo changing or any of that. I talked to the guy at ETS about putting together a package deal for me. I'm looking at a fuel pump, new bigger intercooler and 2.5" pipe kit with an intake system. 3 inch megan racing exhaust ( turbo back ) and a reflash.. i'm not looking to run 10's or anything like that, just to add a little more throttle snap when I want it and a bit more free flowing air. Can I expect this from these mods? What sort of hp numbers might I see from this on an 06 RS?

I would have thought a bit more than that, but I guess that's not to bad.

Depending on the dyno it may be lower. If you're just looking to pick up some HP and not go crazy you'll be happy with it...don't concern yourself with numbers. They're just numbers, you will notice a difference.

Depends on how many lbs of boost you'll be running.

You'll definately notice it, and your mpg should increase as well. It's a nice dd setup since you'll have a lot of low end power.

Close! Manual Boost Controller.

Whoever does your tuning should be able to help you figure out the safe level to run for your car. I think ~25psi seems to be the safe limit.

I have this exact set up. Megan 3" TBE (w/tp), 255 fp, 680 inj., ETS 3" WT, ETS LICP, ETS short route UICP, ETS Intake with custom heat shield, ETS Rec. pipe and a Forge MBC. Per DLL, I'm at 330 awhp and 320 awtq, spiking 23.5 psi tap. 20psi. It's a fun ride for min. mods. Next will be a Invidia O2 and a GM Sol. re-tuned, this will help keep my boost from tap. and should put me around 340awhp 330awtq.
Tom is great to work with and his products are one of the best, "Bang for the Buck" on the market.
My next suggestion would be Meth 50/50. This will give you another bang for the buck, increase, especially TQ. Cams will get you some ponies, but should be done with a Turbo upgrade, to get the most out of them.

Low 300s is what you should expect...the power difference will keep you happy for a good while.

Yeah, i'm not interested in getting into the engine internals. I want it to be easily brought back to stock if I ever decide to sell it. I'm not a fast driver, but I know it would help fuel a bit, and i'd like a bit more snap to the throttle, but i'm glad you have the same setup so that I have some better ideas about what to expect.

Those mods especially on a IX make for a REALLY fun street car! 330/320 on the stock turbo is a blast. I was dead even with a Gallardo twice from a 40-120mph'ish roll in that power range, so you'll definitely be happy with how fast it feels
