Transmission Bolt

One of the bolt heads from the transmission that goes into the block was stripped. Will I be okay driving the car until I can get another bolt? All the other bolts are in and torqued down.

Is there anything I am not thinking of that could be damaged by doing this?

the bolt head was stripped and not the threads? If that is the case you are ok as long as the rest are tight.

Yea, the threads were fine, but the bolt head was stripped and I didn't/couldn't put it back in.

All other bolts are torqued.

Anyone else? I don't think it will be a problem, but just want to make sure there isn't something that I may be overlooking.

OK, that is a little different. I wouldn't run around with one of the bolts completely missing. Consequences could cost you several thousand. You local Mitsu dealer should have an extra bolt....good luck
