Turbo Timer and Auto Theft?

I'm new to the world of turbos and turbo timers, so please bear with me here. Does a turbo timer increase the chance of auto theft?

I have heard it automatically disengages if the parking brake is released, but I still imagine the car could be driven of with the parking brake on?

Also, after the turbo timer shuts off, does it give a thief a potential avenue to start the car and bypass the engine immobilzer feature?

Finally, how well does a turbo timer and an aftermarket alarm system work together? Are auto alarm installers able to make them work together or are you on your own to do this?

Not really.
Yes it could be driven with the brake up for whatever time is left on the timer. The immobilizer requires the key to restart the car which is tied to the ECU, regardless of TT wiring.
There are delay alarms for using with a TT.
