spun bearing final update!

So as you already know i have had a spun bearing and my car has been in the shop dealership for 3 weeks now, they would not cover it do to the rock hitting my oil line and the block not being a wear and tear blah blah my insurance gave me my their decision today and said they would cover it as not at fault and my insurance wouldnt go up Although my agent has decided to try n find a used block but my dealership is trying to get them to get me a brand new one new turbo ect.. id rather not have a used block cus the car itself had 28k on it but i guess its watever right wat do think i should do take it or try harder to get a new one even though i've tryd my hardest to get this far thanks guys

No I understand completely used wouldnt be an option for me. Because if you have a problem later down the road because of it, is the Ins company gonna pay to fix that?

or see if you can pay the difference, that would be your best bet. then you wouldnt have to upgrade your motor later down the line if you wanted
