Will it still fit the EVO 9 with some hammering of the section where it barely rubs the ACD? is there any other issues with installing evo 8 tbe to evo 9 or are they pretty much identical?

It'll fit with hammering but it'll still rub on occasion and dents in pipes defeat the purpose of smooth mandrel bends.

 

I had to hammer mine,not too bad..And a cheap fix for now..i am about to sell mine,and get a BR or ams..but i made great power with mine.. i like the fact that its not too loud..i may just buy an aftermarket downpipe..either way,i was pretty happy with mine..Justin
