Will a ebay test pipe fit on a turboxs TBE??

im about to buy the turboxs tbe and for it to come with a test pipe its $120 more...
So i figured i could just get the tbe without the test pipe and just buy a no name ebay test pipe. But does anyone know if this will fit? or should i just get the whole package including the test pipe?

if they are the same measurement (diameter) and same flange you will be fine.

It drives me crazy seeing people skimp out on performance parts. Ebay intercoolers, Ebay exausts, Ebay o2 housings, Ebay intake's, etc, etc. I understand that Ebay is just a marketplace, I'm only referring to the actual "Ebay" parts.

I'm an E-4 in the Marine corps, and make a little over $20,000/ year yet I manage to buy only the best parts for my car.

You are right, it is "just a pipe". If it works out, great. Have fun driving an Ebay built car.

What does your paygrade have to do with anything? People buy what they want. I can show a few people that even though Ebay may not be named brand, but what does Ebay 3" TBE vs any other 3" TBE have? A few minor features, maybe a resonator or something; sometimes you are just buying a name. You prove this point more than ever in your last sentence. Who cares if it is Ebay built. If it performs, and makes the OP happy, what does it concern you?

To the OP; I would message the seller and ask them. That would be your true test. As far as the TurboXS, MOST of them are 3". Good luck.

yes a pipe is just a pipe, a 3'' pipe with two flanges is just a pipe so ebay test pipes are fine. if you have a cat right now the ebay ones should fit fine, they are the length of the oem cat.

assuming the one he is buying is 3". He stated he didn't know the dimensions of it. There is 2.25", 2.5", 2.75", 3", etc pipes.

Isn't TurboXS including the TP for free right now when you buy the TBE?

Thanks for the input guys, and sorry i left out some details. Yes it is 3" all the way through and i know about the TBE coming with a free test pipe, but i am buying it from a local shop and they are charging $250 less for the TBE then buying directly from TURBOXS but they want extra money for the TBE + test pipe package. im just worried that the flanges dont match up right with the ebay test pipe. So if anyone has a turboxs exhaust are the flanges like the OEM one?
