Attention all EVOM vendors and members-BR DSM/EVO Shootout.

Hi all.

I have made some changes to the BR DSM/EVO Shootout that I have never offered in the 16 years I have been running the event.

Here is a link to the event, rules, hotels entry fees and such :http://buschurforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20243

I feel the economic times in this country right now are tough. Many of you are feeling it and things aren't getting better anytime soon from what I can see.

For the first time ever in the history of the shootout I am going to open the event up to vendor's for "free". In the past we have charged $500 for a vendor space.

This year for ANY vendor who wants to come to the Buschur Racing 16th Annual DSM/EVO Shootout and put up a display all you have to do is pay the specator fee at the gate and you can come in and display whatever you like.

What this means to the vendors is you will get the attention of 2000+ Mitsubishi fans, nowhere else on earth are you going to get that at one event.

What it means to the racers/specatators is you are going to get a lot more bang for your buck for attending. You'll get to see more of your favorite shops, meet more people, see more parts you may need in the future.

If you are interested please shoot me a PM so I can judge who might be coming out. This way I can judge how much room we need to set up for a vendors row.

I hope this makes the event more enjoyable for everyone.

Any other input I will listen to if any of you have something to add.

Thank you.

As requested, here are the specifics of the event:

VENDORS. I accept vendors at the shootout. The booth space in the past has been $500 for each vendor. This year I am going to change this and see how it works out. This year I am going to allow any vendor to come into the event and the only fee that needs to be paid is the entry fee at the gate for each person that comes in.

CLASS SPONSORS. Always interested in having new sponsors on board. Each class is $1500 to sponsor. This gets your name on the trophies, announcements throughout the day about your business, your company display in with vendor status and 5 people. Saturday at our open house a limited size display can be put up at our open house. Your display space is unlimited on Sunday at the track.

I edited the first post. I had a link there to our site with the information, some of you were missing it I guess. I cut and pasted from our site to here in my first post.

All the rules, hotels etc. are there now.

Yes, the KEY to that being Drag RADIALS. NO BIAS ply tires in Stock Appearing classes.
