Clutch not engaging?

So I just got a ACT Prostreet Clutch and Flywheel installed to replace the stock one also replace the upper and lower brake lines. Had done some launches on the stock one to get the feel and know how to do it. So i have the ACT in for no more then 2 months broken in most def, this weekend went out to the track all was great had some bad launches good launches but car was good. Now this morning i went and was giving it another go and after I slipped/ Dumped 5800 - 6k Rpms nothing car didnt move. After it happened i was able to engage it slowly and move the car at about 5mph but thats it after getting it up a lil hill and in the garage when i try to engage at ALL and in any gear just sounds like clutch is spinning and sounds a little like gear grinding. Right after i had gotten it, when i was just driving every time i would shift and let off the clutch even just a little hard its like you could here it drop / engage I thought it was the Torque and grippiness of the new clutch since it does grip more then the stock on for sure. So just need to know what anyone here thinks it could be. Bad clutch ? bad install by the tech or is something now just totally jacked? Help would be appreciated.
