not since E85. it was enough torque increase to kill my clutch lol i was putting down 293ft-lbs before on 91 at 23psi, now I'm running 26. Probably wont dyno anytime soon as I'll be getting a ported IM/TB (thanks in advance Aby! lol) and I have cams waiting to be installed, along with a new clutch.

I have a 2nd 255hp inline by the fuel rail on my car. I did make 479whp on E98 with a single 255hp and 1000cc injectors but pressure was dropping hard and I was 12.5afrs out the top. I would say most any stock turbo on a 255hp and 1000s would be fine with a single pump. I ran all last year at my 431whp with a single pump and no problems. Have done 5 cust cars at the 400whp on E85 and stock turbo and one pump with no problems.

My fault, I was thinking you were still running a single. I stand corrected.

Higher corn prices could, in turn, make ethanol less profitable — despite heavy U.S. subsidies. Some 2 billion to 5 billion gallons of ethanol "could go offline in the next few months due to high corn prices," according to a research note from Citi Investment Research. The United States now produces about 8.8 billion gallons of ethanol a year.
From recent floods this past week. Something to think about, am I really going to save by making the switch.

So adding an inline pump near the rail eliminates the need for a double pump setup?

Well I ran all last year with out the moded pump and not sure if I could really tell much of a difference with the moded one.

The double pump will flow more but the inline is quick easy and got me the fuel I needed. Its really not totally right on my car. It over runs the regulator by 15-20psi at idle and very light cruse. For me it does not cause any problems but really is not right. I would need a FPR to make it right on my car.

We tuned cwills car on e-85 last night.. We ran out of injector around 23psi and pump near 27 or so i am guessing.. As lucas said the right way to do it really is with a FPR and double pump.. Sure you can get away with an inline but to do things properly you need an adjustable.. We are going to the track this weekend hopefully and try to join the 10 second club on e-85 as well.. Power is there just need to get the small brakes and 15" wheels from my car on it..

I think you insert a punch in the hole on the bottom and tap on the pressure relief valve until it bottoms out.
There's a thread in How-to section.
