tranny starting to go

So Ive had a bit of a 5th gear grind for a little. I replaced my tranny fluids and still noticed it. Then just a couple days ago, out of no where Im having huge problems getting into 1st and reverse. None of the shifts are remotely smooth. I have to shove it into gear, hard. The cars at about 52,500 miles and I never race it so this is highly unexpected. Honestly, Ive spent ludicrous amounts of money maintaining this car and if the tranny is about to go, so is the car unfortunately. Any ideas?

I hope not the Diaqueen LSD gear lube. If you using Diaqueen in your tranny it better be the MR Specific 80 dollar stuff. That regular LSD Diaqueen should only be used in your TC/Rear Diff

It had a similar problem when my clutch was going.
I has to shove into first and reverse.
After replacing the clutch, it is fine.

The clutch doesnt slip at all though and its an exedy twin disk with only 12k like I said. I only have like 380-400 whp. Never ever race. And ive been driving the car for over 4 years.

How about the underhood bushings above the tranny? Read that the rubber bushings get mushy after several years.

I also read that another owner noticed his linkage was misaligned (it had pivoted off bolt--not parallel to bumper) so an adjustment fixed it.
