That is a lot of oil. Could be your turbo or piston rings starting to go.....

Protostar1,
Send a "pm" to Saikou_kun. He should be able to point you in the right direction or just go to
http://www.saikoumichi.com/ and navigate your way through. Hope this helps. He was great to deal with and carefully packaged everything in the kit.

I was under the impression that the catch can will help with oil on the intale manifold side of the intercooler. Not the turbo side. The catch can is not connected to the turbo side, it is conencted to the IM which is closer to the outlet of the intercooler.

Connected to the Intake manifold? Never seen it setup like that on an EVO. The stock line goes from the valve cover to the air intake. This dumps all of the oil into the air intake, going through the turbo and throughout the intercooler piping...creating a mess. With the install of a catch can, you run the line from the valve cover to the catch can, and the other line from the can, back to the air intake...or block off the port on the intake and put a breather on the other side of the catch can. Thus eliminating any oil from getting into the piping/intercooler.

I did that yesterday or two days ago (I dont remember I spend too much time on here ). Im sort of thinking the PM system might be a little screwed up as a result of the software switch for the website...

You are right. I just check my Evo. I am still thinking about my old school honda days. I also saw some oil when I installed my LICP and Intercooler. Time to get an OCC too. Thanks for the correction.

you are thinking of the PCV hose I believe. On a FI motor oil will be blown into the breather side going through the entire intake, especially under high boost.

I had the weapon R catch for for almost 2 years and it never caught anything. The only change I saw was the clear hoses starting to turn black but nothing really built up. I just would up removing it.

The WeaponR oil catch can is only good if you want flashy things under your hood, I put one in and checked with every oil change and it was always bone dry. I hear Buschur came out with a new one not to long ago that has a very clean install and actually sends the oil back to the oil pan where it belongs. should be worth checking out.
