I am going to leave that up to Indy to comment.. I havent gotten 1 in my hands yet and i dont want to give any wrong information out..

So you started a thread about something you have no info about nor have you even seen it?
Classy.

its not his fault Indy/Buschur have been very tight lipped about all their "skunk works" projects

For others stepping up from an unported stocker, the Indy will more than likely be the obvious choice. Why the ported stocker was skipped from dave's original testing, I'll never know. One year ago, it was *the* mod to do for intake manifolds.

If it makes more power over the ported stocker, I *will* buy one, and the army of others I've convinced to do the ported stocker will likely follow suit. This is not just one guy asking for this test, it is surely many many many!

I'm sure they'll use the 65mm TB buschur offers, it would be pointless to do otherwise.
That is my exact point though.. Its all hypothetical until i get it on the cars and test it.. Suppose it picks up 25whp it would be a clear choice over a stocker and it could be safe to say it makes 15+ over a ported standard.. Let me get to testing it and ill give you all the feedback and we can go from there..

Calm down. He is a DEALER for a top evo tuning/parts company. He received word that he will be getting a new part. He wanted to let everyone know he's getting it.

He is offering to take the money/time to test it on a stock size turbo. Thanks

I'm on the phone with Indy right now and have been for an hour and a half. This manifold is basically just like the V1 was to the V2. V0 is being done with best known information. The BR ported stocker is known to make about 15whp over stock. The V0 will certainly surpass that, but until it's completed NO ONE will know what it's going to do. If you know anything about IndyEvo, it's that he's a perfectionist. More information as to results will be out as soon as it's available. Mike is just trying to do his best to keep the public informed as to the progress of the V0. Again, no one knows anything YET.
Added: The encouraging thing is that V1 was developed with experience only. It was a proven hit immediately. V2 was an improvement and clearly shows HUGE gains over the V1. V0 will be NO LESS than a STREET VERSION of what's been gained in previous testing. Believe me, Indy can dial that in like childs play.

thank you for the reply.. Please understand guys, I didnt make the post to say " hey guys start pre-ordering for the intakes that i cant give you any info on".. It was to inform you of future testing.. As soon as i have results you will have the info.. I know everyone gets excited and wants to know what it looks like, how much power it will make, is it a good upgrade over BR standard ported stocker.. All those answer will be taken care of as soon as i have the manifold in my hand next week.. Thanks!!!

I thought it would also be worth stating that when Indy measures and calculates what is need for a given RPM/Power range, he then speaks at length to his friends at Wilson. Much discussion takes place between Indy, the porters and the owners before anything happens. This isn't a "let's try this and see" attitude. It's DEVELOPED based on years and years of experience. They don't want to waste their time and money. Both ends of the conversation know and respect the other based on those years of experience. Before even the first unit is created, it's very well known by those involved that it's going to perform. It's just the final tweaking that may or may not be necessary. The 5 manifolds being done right now are already the result of tremendous time. These manifolds are going to kick some serious butt for those who choose to run them. Mike's been kind enough to try to keep us up to date on the progress. Thanks Mike.

Subscribing... Bump for results mike! Thanks for doing this testing for us! The v0 is basically right in my price range and i'm greatly anticipating the results... Will there be any comparisons between the v0 and the higher v1 and v2 versions on smaller, stock framed turbos?

I am not sure yet if we are going to test a v2 on a stock turbo.. The cost of the v2 manifold is not going to attract most stock turbo owners.. Its more geared and designed for the larger turbos.. Well see what happens.. One test at a time and well go from there.. Thanks!!

9sec9/OKIX are going to be running the v2 on their green powered beast, I'm sure they'll post the results when they have them.

Perhaps he wanted to defer to Indy since Jim and Wilson are doing the development work on this. That was my takeaway.

Keith and I have made the decision not to post photos and or descriptions to what has been done. When we started the Evo intake manifold project we took the same effort necessary to do any race program. With this in mind the end user pays a good amount of money for the years of experience and talent involved in producing these manifolds. It would not be fair to Wilson Manifolds, myself and the customer to provide a map for others to follow just to copy what we have developed. Against what we knew better, the v2 intake was shown in detail and a description on how we did the manifold was released. Since that glass of milk was spilled from this point out we are not releasing any info on out components. David and Mike will do the testing and we will let the test results speak for themselves. Thank you for your support. Indy
