Wish I could help but when that happened to me I didn't have a misfire and I was on my way to houston. In the end the battery cap came of and was rolling around LOL

Call the shop and get the car in ASAP. Lets check it out and see whats up. Could be anything at this point.

I'm assuming they bled the lifters (which I'm sure they did...it's AMS after all) but was there enough time given to allow the lifters to fill back up with oil? Friend of mine had an issue after he had his cams installed where some rockers popped off because the lifters didn't pressurize back up, could be the same issue on yours.

That's why I do all my own work
